This MOU was initiated by the Department of Human Resources Management for the betterment of its undergraduates and graduates and more benefits will be reaped by both parties through this academic-professional collaboration. This ceremony was held on 21<sup>st<\/sup>&nbsp;December 2022 at the Rajarata University premises and it was signed by the presence of the Vice-Chancellor of the Rajarata University of Sri Lanka, Prof. GAS Ginigaddara, and graced by the Dean, Prof. Bandula Jayathilake, Heads of the Departments, and the students and the delegates of the CIPM, Retired Col. Mr. S. Jayawickrama \u2013&nbsp;Honorary Treasurer, CIPM Executive Council, Mr. U A C Obeysekere&nbsp;\u2013 Chief Executive Officer, Mr. G.
